2 11.03.2011 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the

State.

The grievance of he petitioner is to the effect that

the Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No. 101 of 2010 is not being

properly investigated by the police.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the above

submission and submits that the investigation is being

carried out properly.

Notwithstanding the rival submissions of the

parties, let the investigation of the aforesaid police case be

completed expeditiously without unnecessary delay and

police report be also submitted at the earliest.

The writ application accordingly stands disposed

of.
