                        ORDER

This revision is filed by the Power Grid

Corporation of India Ltd. assailing the award in

O.P.(EA)No.305/02, which was originally numbered as

O.P.(Ele.)No.110/99. The District Judge, after a

proper consideration of the evidence, has awarded

only an enhanced amount of Rs.9.609/-. No grounds

exist to interfere in the normal enhancement

granted by the District Judge. This revision, in

the circumstances, is devoid of merit and is

dismissed.
