ORDER

This
appeal is arising from Land Acquisition Reference Case No. 484 of
1997 passed by the learned 6th Joint Civil Judge (SD),
Vadodara, dated 30th December, 2000. The First Appeals
arising from the said Reference Case has been decided by the Division
Bench of this Court on 5th April, 2008.

Hence,
this first appeal stands dismissed in terms of the order passed in
First Appeal No. 3224 of 2004 and its allied matter dated 5th
April, 2005 and First Appeal No. 3228 of 2004 dated 5th
April, 2005.
