Kirit L. Patel, Branch Manager of Dena Gujarat Gramin Bank, Traswad,
Tal. Vadnagar, is present before the Court. At his request the
matter is kept on 11th April 2011,
so as to enable him to produce the relevant papers like, the Bank
Statement of the borrower and also the Scheme under which, he was
granted loan of Rs.1,30,000/- on 18th
July 2008.
