10. 27.07.2011 Sri Prasoon Sinha, GA-2 states that he has already
filed show cause on behalf of the Principal Secretary, Human
Resources Department, Govt. of Bihar, Patna in M.J.C. No.205
of 2010 and he shall be filing the show cause on his behalf in
connection with remaining four contempt matters within one
week from today.
Put up on 3.8.2011 maintaining its position in the
same list but copy of the show cause must be served on the
counsel for the petitioner as also counsel for the Bihar Sanskrit
Siksha Board on or before 2.8.2011. The writ petitions
connected with the contempt matters shall be listed along with
the contempt petition but shall be taken up for admission soon
after disposal of the contempt petitions.
