Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing
Counsel.

Petitioner is aggrieved by the marks awarded to him in the
selection of Police Constables. Admittedly, petitioner being a
Scheduled Caste candidate has got lesser marks than the minimum
cut of marks fixed for the selection of the Scheduled Caste
candidates, therefore, no relief can be granted to him.
The writ petition is devoid of merits and is hereby dismissed with
a liberty to the petitoenr to approach the authority concerned.
No order as to costs.
