02. 30.09.2011 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and

learned counsel for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

similarly situated co-accused has been allowed bail by this

Court vides Cr. Misc. No.14760 of 2011.

Taking that into consideration petitioner is also

allowed the same privilege.

Accordingly, let the above named petitioner be

released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-

(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to

the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in

connection with Bariarpur P. S. Case No.134 of 2010.
