From
the note dated 24.3.2011 filed by learned advocate Mr. C.N. Trivedi,
appearing on behalf of original appellant, it appears that original
appellant Udaysing N. Sharma has expired on 14.6.2005 and thereafter,
his heirs present appellant Dharamveer Udaysing Sharma was joined as
party to prosecute this Appeal.

Today,
learned Advocate Mr. Bhairavia, appearing for the appellant
Dharamveer Udaysing Sharma has contended that the appellant does not
want to prosecute this appeal further. He, therefore, contended that
the appeal may be disposed of as not pressed.

In
view of above, this Appeal is disposed of as not pressed.
