The petitioners contend that no action has been taken on account
of some pending enquiry and restraint order for proceeding to
make appointments. The appointment in District Bhadohi (Sant
Kabir Nagar) had been scanned by this Court and orders had been
issued whereafter it appears that some enquiry was undertaken in
respect of such selections. The petitioners appear to be unaware of
the said proceedings and, therefore, the writ petition is dismissed
at this stage with liberty to the petitioners to approach the Court as
and when the appropriate information is received with regard to
the said selection. Dismissed.
