matter to show cause as to why this writ application be not

allowed at the stage of admission itself.

The petitioner shall take steps for notice to

show cause in admission matter in ordinary process on the

respondents within two weeks. Peremptory.

In the meantime, further proceeding in Title

Suit No.5 of 2006 pending in the Court of Subordinate

Judge III, Khagaria shall remain stayed.
