                         JUDGMENT

KOSHY, Ag.C.J.

This is a petition for police protection.

2. A statement has been filed by the Government

Pleader stating that, on the basis of a complaint

received, an investigation was conducted and it was

revealed that the allegations were false. If that is a

case of a refer report, it is for the petitioner to file

appropriate proceedings as provided under the Code of

Criminal Procedure. There are serious disputes between

the petitioner as well as other church members. Those

disputes are to be resolved in other forum and not through

a petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of

India.

However, We dispose of this writ petition

directing the police to see that law and order is

maintained.
