Mr. Shiv Charan Gupta, for petitioner.
		Counsel submits that petitioner who is a member of Class-IV cadre has been transferred from District Banswara to Jodhpur vide order dt.20.10.09. However, against the said order he preferred appeal before the Service Appellate Tribunal which was rejected with the direction to make a representation.
		In pursuance thereof, the representation was submitted but that too has been rejected without assigning any cogent reason on 24.6.2010. Taking note thereof, he was relieved from service vide order dt.28.6.2010,
		Issue notice to respondents, along with a copy of this order, as to why the petition may not be disposed of at the stage of admission, returnable by four weeks. Notices may be given 'dasti, if desired.

In the meanwhile and until further orders, operation of orders dt.20.10.09 (Annx.1) and 28.6.2010 (Annx.5) shall remain stayed. However, respondents will be at liberty to post the petitioner within district Banswara, if required.
