J U D G M E N T
The prayer of the Writ Petitioner is to direct the respondent
to consider Ext. P2 application preferred by the petitioner for
revision of timings, in respect of the stage carriage bearing
No.KL.10D/7191 belonging to the petitioner and operating in the
route Karukaputhur- Edappal, as expeditiously as possible.
2. Heard the learned Government Pleader as well.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances, the respondent
is directed to consider Ext.P2 application for revision of timings
and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, of course,
after giving an opportunity of hearing to all concerned, as
expeditiously as possible, at any rate , within one month from
the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment.
The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
