also the learned counsel appearing for the University.

Mr Ajay Bihari Sinha, learned counsel appearing for the

opposite party prays for time for filing show cause.

As prayed for, list this case after three weeks to enable

filing of the show cause. In case no show cause is filed by the

aforesaid period, a cost of Rs.2,000/- (Two thousand) would be

payable and deposited with the Patna High Court Legal Aid

Committee.
