During the pendency of this appeal, let the sole

appellant, namely, Ram Bahadur Singh be enlarged on bail on

executing bail bond of Rs.10,000.00 (ten thousand) with two

sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the trial court

i.e. the Additional District and Sessions Judge, FTC-IV, Lakhisarai

in connection with Sessions Trial No. 995A/97. Realization of fine

from the appellant as per the impugned judgment shall also remain

stayed.
