Taking into consideration that the name of this
petitioner came in this case in the statement of co-accused Md.
Isa who has already been granted privilege of bail by another
Bench of this Court, let the petitioner be released on bail on
furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two
sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Araria P.S. Case
No. 14 of 2011.
