Reply of PIO:
The PIO has given the information.
Grounds for First Appeal:
PIO has failed to give information regarding the queries of Appellant and hence PIO deemed
also refused it. Provide the information under section 19 of the act as sought in Appellant’s RTI
application.
Order of the First Appellate Authority:
Not replied.
Grounds for Second Appeal:
Copies of second sheet of R-21 and voucher no. 69.

The following were present:
Appellant: Mr. S.K.Marwah
Respondent: Mr. G.R.Sangwan, PIO
The PIO has supplied the information. There is a copy of the bill which was made by the
Assistant Engineer which has been provided. The same bill was checked by Executive Engineer
and paid after checking but there are corrections/cancellations visible on it. The appellant wants
that the PIO should certify the quantities prepared by the Assistant Engineer. The Commission
cannot order the PIO to certify anything which is not available on their record.
Decision:
The appeal is dismissed.
The information has been provided.
