	Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records of the respondent in having ref.Na.Ka.No.0759/2004/A3, dated 21.2.2011 and quash the same.

O R D E R

Writ Petition is filed praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records of the respondent in having ref.Na.Ka.No.0759/2004/A3, dated 21.2.2011 and quash the same.

2. Mr.S.Shivashanmugam, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondent. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

3. The writ petition has been filed challenging the proceedings dated 21.2.2011. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner has given a reply dated 11.3.2011 to the said proceedings. Till date, the authorities have not taken a final decision in this this matter. On the contrary, the impugned proceedings states that the petitioner will have to vacate and hand over possession of the shop on or before 20.5.2011.

4. Mr.S.Shivashanmugam, learned Government Advocate states that the authority will consider the reply given by the petitioner on merits and deal with the matter in accordance with law.

5. Petitioner has chosen to give a detailed reply to the proceedings dated 21.2.2011 which is under challenge. The respondent authorities are directed to consider the reply dated 11.3.2011 and pass reasoned orders based on the said reply on merits and in accordance with law on or before 6.5.2011. This court has not expressed any view on the claim of the petitioner. The authorities are at liberty to deal with the matter in accordance with law.

6. The Writ Petition is disposed of as above. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
