J U D G M E N T
This writ petition is filed with the following prayer:
i) To direct the respondents to appoint in High Schools
only qualified and trained computer teachers holding post-
graduate degree in computer science/ Applications with
teacher training qualification, which is a mandatory pre-
requisite for all teachers in all other subjects, by issuing a writ
of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or
direction.
It is for the petitioners to approach the Government, in which
event, the matter will be duly considered by the Government with
notice to the petitioners and appropriate action in accordance
with law in the matter will be taken within a period of another
four months.
This writ petition is disposed of as above.
