The office has pointed out that lower court

record have been eaten by the white ants and,

therefore, the lower court record is not available.

In such view of the matter, the parties are

directed to file the relevant documents, pleadings

and evidences within one month for reconstruction

of the lower Court record so that the appeal may

be heard finally as it is very old First Appeal.
