The petitioners are aggrieved by the order dated

3.01.2009 passed by J.M. Ist Class, Danapur by which he has

refused to discharge the petitioners in Complaint Case No. 989

(C)/03.

In my view, since the impugned order is well considered

and reasons have been assigned as to why the petition for

discharge has not been allowed, I see no reason to interfere in the

matter.

With this observation, this application is dismissed.
