After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner states

that at this stage, the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this petition

with liberty to first approach the Chief Secretary to Government Haryana,

by making a representation raising all the points raised in this petition, to

petitioner to the Chief Secretary to Government Haryana, it is expected that

the same will be decided expeditiously. In case, the petitioner still has any

grouse on any other ground, after the order of the Chief Secretary to

Government Haryana, it will be open for him to approach this Court again.
