                  Dated this, the 11th   July, 2008.

                           J U D G M E N T

Dissatisfied with the results in three papers of his B.A History

degree examination, the petitioner submitted Ext. P1 application for

revaluation of his answer scripts. The petitioner seeks expeditious

disposal of the same.

2. Learned standing counsel for the University submits that the

University would require two more months’ time to complete the

revaluation process.

Having heard both sides, I dispose of this writ petition with a

direction to the respondents to complete the revaluation process for

which the petitioner has submitted Ext. P1 application and publish the

results thereof, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within six

weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
