Sri B.P. Singh, learned counsel appearing for the opposite party
has filed two affidavits on behalf of the Secretary (Basic)
Education as also Sri Raj Pratap Singh, the previous Principal
Secretary, Basic Education. Along with the affidavit of the present
Secretary, Basic Education are annexed the details of the payment
made to the applicant amounting to Rs.7,90,267/-. Sri B.P. Singh
has stated that thereafter an amount of Rs.30,764/- and Rs.3,052/-
has been paid to the applicant. Sri S.P. Pandey, learned counsel
appearing for the applicant has filed a supplementary affidavit
pointing out that after the payment made by the opposite parties an
amount of Rs.1,88,793/- is still due.

Sri B.P. Singh is granted a months time to examine the averments
contained in the supplementary affidavit filed today by the
applicant and in case any further amount is found due, the same
shall be paid within the aforesaid time.

List after one month.
