Appointment Appellate Authority, East Champaran at Motihari in

Case no. 506 of 2009. The petitioner has been terminated, as a

consequence of that order, which was on basis of an application

filed by respondent no.9, Arun Kumar. It is not in dispute that the

petitioner was heard in the matter and after due notice , the order

was passed. Petitioner states that upon tribunal ‘s order

respondent no,. 9 was to be selected and some other parsons had to

be removed but not the petitioner.

Be that as it may, issue notice to respondent no.9 by

registered post and ordinary process, for which requisites etc .

must be filed within ten days.

List for admission no sooner notices are validly served

on respondent no.9.

It would be open to the petitioner to move for stay

once respondent no. 9 is duly served but in case the petitioner is

working as of today, status quo shall be maintained till further

orders of this Court.
