Learned Counsel for the parties have made a joint prayer that this
matter may be referred to the High Court Mediation Centre for
reconcilliation between the parties.
The matter is therefore, with the consent of the learned counsel for
the parties referred to the Mediation Centre, Allahabad High
Court. The Registry shall send a notice through CJM concerned
within one week fixing 4.09.2010 for appearance of the parties
before the Mediation Centre at Allahabad High Court . On that
date and on any further dates as directed by the Centre the parties
aforesaid will appear before the Centre.
The Registry will send information of this Order to the Mediation
Centre within a week.
The centre shall submit a report to this Court within three months.
List on 4.10.2010 before the appropriate Bench.
Till the next date of listing , further proceedings of Criminal
Revision No.228 of 2005 ( Ram Singh and others Vs State of U.P.
and anotheof the shall remain stayed.
