Petitioners are named by co-accused in

his confession made before the Police.

Petitioners have no concern with the seized

extremist’s literature or substance meant for

manufacturing explosive substance.

Thus, having regard to the facts and

circumstances of the case, the above named

petitioners are directed to be released on bail

on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten

thousand) each with two sureties of the like

amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-

Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West,

Muzaffarpur in Paroo P.S. Case No. 78 of 2010.
