Title:Need to grants N.O.C. to the Government of Gujarat for carrying out survey and investigation by private companies in Kori Creek area, Gujarat for development of port-facilities for cement industries.
SHRIMATI JAYABEN B. THAKKAR (VADODARA): The Government, of Gujarat had sent a request letter on 16.8.2007 to Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India and BSF to allow private companies to carry out surveys and investigation in Kori Creek for development of port facilities for cement industries. Again on 30.11.2007, the Government of Gujarat has requested the Ministry of Home Affairs to grant NOC.
I urge upon the Government for speedy action in the matter.
