02. 03.03.2011 Having heard counsel for the petitioner and the State, this
writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to appear before the
Collector, Madhubani and to request him to ensure compliance of the
instruction contained in letter no.70 dated 14.3.2005, Annexure-12 as
none of the courts below stayed delivery of possession to the
petitioner of the lands in question. It is expected that the Collector,
Madhubani shall ensure compliance of his own order dated 14.3.2005
as early as possible, in any case within three months from the date of
receipt/production of a copy of this order before him.
