ORDER

Pursuant
to order dated 21st August 2008, learned Assistant
Government Pleader, Ms.Krina Calla places on record a copy of order
dated 21.08.2008 passed by the District Registrar, Cooperative
Societies, Patan appointing Shri K.H. Desai, Auditor, Cooperative
Societies, Patan as Administrator of respondent no.3-Sangh. The copy
of the order is taken on record.

The
learned Assistant Government Pleader wants some more time to take
further instructions in the matter. Adjourned to 28th
August 2008. The interim relief granted earlier to continue till
further orders.
