Mr.Sanjay Kumar Verma, learned counsel,

submits that he has already filed vakalatnama

on behalf of defendant nos.12 and 13 in the

suit. He submits that learned counsel for the

plaintiff may be directed to serve a copy of

the main application, I.A.No.6879 of 2010 and

I.A.No.9633 of 2010.

Learned counsel for the plaintiff is

directed to serve copies of the aforesaid

applications on learned counsel appearing for

defendant nos.12 and 13 within one week.

Learned counsel for defendant nos.12 and

13 prays for and is granted four weeks time

to file reply to the said applications, if

necessary.
