                                JUDGMENT

The challenge is against Ext.P2. Petitioner, along with nine

other students, had participated in Thiruvathirakali, an item of

competition, in the District level youth festival and they were given

2nd prize with A grade. Learned counsel for the petitioner

contends that the real grievance of the petitioner is with respect to

the confusion that arose in the allotment of chest numbers, but the

complaint raised before the appeal committee was with respect to

audio defect. If that be so, this plea which was not raised by the

petitioner before the appeal committee, cannot be raised for the

first time in the writ petition.

Writ Petition fails and it is dismissed.
