05/ 09.09.2010 Although learned counsel for the Patna Municipal

Corporation had earlier obtained two weeks time on 17.08.2010 for

filing a reply to the counter affidavit of Bihar State Pollution

Control Board (respondent no.3), but till date no reply has been

filed by the Corporation and again an adjournment is sought for the

said purpose. Hence, as a matter of last chance, put up this case on

30.09.2010 under the same heading retaining its position.
