03/ 25.03.2011 Mr. Shailesh Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the

petitioner submits that he had earlier filed another writ petition

bearing CWJC No.15362 of 2010 for a different relief but

concerning the same subject matter. He further submits that the

said writ petition is pending in another list of this court.

Let this case go out of the list of fresh cases of this

court and be placed along with aforesaid writ petition wherever it

is listed.
