This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned orders by which
the petitioner’s application for cross-examination has been rejected by the
court below on the ground that the petitioner cannot have better right than the
bank as the application of the Bank has already been rejected. Prima-facie
application for the same purpose by the petitioner can not be maintained.

Sri Sujeet Kumar Rai, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for
adjournment.

In view of that, put up this case on 21st January, 2010 as fresh.
