FACTS
:
The matter is called for hearing today dated 28.10.2010.
Appellant not present. BSNL is represented by Shri Shiv Pujan Ram,
SE (CPIO) & Shri A.K. Srivastava, EE, Kanpur.
2. It is noticed that the appellant, who is an officer of MTNL, had
sought huge information running into 11 paras about the
maintenance/repair of BSNL quarters located at Kanpur. The CPIO
had given him para-wise information vide letter dated 5.10.2009. The
appellant did not file the first appeal and has moved the Commission
straight away. In the appeal memo, he has stated that information has
been provided to him on paras 01, 02 & 04 but not on other paras.
3. During the hearing, Shri Ram submits the letter of the appellant
addressed to the Commission to say that he (appellant) has now
received the requisite information and does not wish to pursue the
matter.
4. In the premises, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
