BY THE COURT:

It is stated that suit premises have now been vacated by the respondents. It is a contempt petition filed in the year 2007 and it was lying in defect side. The appellant has removed the defects recently thus matter is coming after a period of two and half years from the date of filing of contempt petition.

Since suit premises have now been vacated as per statement of learned counsel, at this stage, notice for contempt cannot be issued as compliance of the judgment has now been made.

In view of aforesaid, contempt petition is dismissed.
