5. 04.11.2010 Again a prayer for adjournment has been made by learned

counsel for the respondents, who has not filed counter affidavit in

spite of several adjournments.

In the said circumstances, as a matter of last chance, two

weeks time is allowed to the respondents to seek instructions and

positively file counter affidavit, if it requires to contest the claim of

the petitioner.

Put up this case under the same heading retaining its

position on 22nd November, 2010.
