appearing on behalf of the complainant.

The bail application of the petitioner has been earlier

rejected by order dated 17.8.2009. Considering the order which has

been earlier passed on merits, I am not inclined to review my order.

The trial may be expedited, since the charges have been

framed.

This application is dismissed.
