Pursuant
to Notice issued by this Court on 11.05.2010, Mr. Bhagyodaya Mishra,
learned advocate appears on behalf of the respondent, who submits
that a copy of the petition, is not received. On the other hand, the
petitioner, who appears as party-in-person states that he has already
served to the respondent and an endorsement is obtained to the effect
that page Nos.1 to 29 have been served along with the Notice. Be that
as it may, a copy of the petition along with Annexures, be given to
the learned advocate appearing for the respondent.
The
learned advocate prays for time to file an affidavit-in-reply. The
matter, is therefore, adjourned to 14th June, 2010.
In
the mean time, impugned communication dated 5th February,
2010 is stayed qua the petitioner.
