From Annexure B to the show cause the subsistence allowance

stands paid till January 2009.

The order states that in absence of the petitioner making

attendance at the Headquarters in accordance with law the subsistence

allowance cannot be paid.

Subject to the petitioner fulfilling the conditions of the rules for

payment of subsistence allowance let the same be paid in accordance

with law.

The contempt application stands disposed.
