                          J U D G M E N T

The grievance raised in this case is covered in favour of the

petitioner since it is now settled law that the benefit of reoption is

to be given to an employee from the date on which the employee

has chosen for the effect and not from the date of making the

reoption. The impugned order is accordingly quashed.
