                                   J U D G M E N T

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the

petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is given to the second

respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext. P2,

wherein the grievance now projected in the present Writ Petition has

already been exposed seeking for granting interim custody of the

vehicle bearing No. KL.05-A/6919 which was seized by the first

respondent on 21.04.2010 alleging illicit transport of river sand..

2. Heard the learned Government Pleader as well .

3. Considering the facts and circumstance, the second

respondent is directed to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.

P2 application preferred by the petitioner , in accordance with law, as

expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of one month

from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment . The petitioner

shall produce a copy of the judgment along with a copy of the Writ

Petition before the second respondent for further action.
