The affidavit has been filed by the District Magistrate, Baghpat, is taken on
record.

In the affidavit, a report has been submitted that all bonded labours have been
got free and at present there is no bonded labour in brick-kiln.
In this view of the matter, this writ petition has become infructuous and is
accordingly dismissed as infructuous.
