03 7.7.2008 Petitioner apprehends his arrest in

G.O. case No. 1 of 2005 registered under

Section 5,7,13 and 14 of the Bihar Saw Mills

(Regulation) Act, 1990,33,41 and 42 of the

Indian Forest Act and prays for grant of

anticipatory bail.

Mr. Jitendra Narain Sinha, appears

on behalf of the petitioner. State is

represented by Mr. D.Nandan, Additional Public

Prosecutor.

According to the allegation,

petitioner was running a Saw Mill without valid

license.

Having heard learned Counsel for

the party and taking into consideration the

nature of allegation and material available, I

am not inclined to accede to the prayer of the

petitioner.

Application stands dismissed.
