The petitioners are sitting fair price shop dealers. They have raised an
objection regarding the proposed opening of new shops.

The petitioners have no locus standi to challenge the opening of new shops.
However, it is for the District Magistrate to see that the shops are opened in
accordance with the prescribed norms and guidelines.

The petition is dismissed.
