By
way of present applications, the applicants have prayed for interim
directions. However, they have restricted their prayer to the effect
that if final hearing date of the main petitions is advanced, they
may not press the present applications.

In
view of aforesaid, the Registry is directed to advance the date of
final hearing of the main petitions and list them for final hearing
on 02nd August 2010.

It
will be open to the respective parties to submit their written
submissions, if they so desire.

Both
the applications stand disposed of accordingly as not pressed.
