The only grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is

that he apprehends danger to his life at the hands of respondents No. 6 to 8.

Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Shailesh Gupta, DAG Punjab

accepts notice and assures that in case petitioner prefers a representation

before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala, the same shall be looked

into by the said officer.

In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the State,

this petition has become infructuous and the same is dismissed as such.
