                            J U D G M E N T

The prayer sought in this writ petition is for a direction to

consider Ext.P5 representation submitted by the petitioner before

the 2nd respondent. This representation is filed aggrieved by Ext.P4

order of the 3rd respondent issued affirming Ext.P3, placing juniors

of the petitioner above him.

Having regard to the pendency of Ext.P5 representation, and

in view of the limited nature of the prayer that is sought for, I

dispose of this writ petition directing the Convener of the DPC to

dispose of Ext.P5 representation. This shall be done as

expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within six weeks of

production of a copy of this judgment, along with a copy of this writ

petition.

This writ petition is disposed of as above.
