Regard being had to the findings which appear

in the last few lines of paragraph 11 of the judgment, let the

appellant Suman Singh be directed to be released, during

pendency of this appeal, on furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/-

(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

satisfaction of the trial court, i.e., Additional Sessions Judge,

Fast Track Court-III, Gaya, in Sessions Trial No. 67 of 2009.

As regards the sentence of fine, realisation

thereof shall remain stayed till further orders.
